Naomi Shore (Firehall Brewery)

March 30, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

One of Firehall’s favourite Canadian musicians: Naomi Shore! Naomi has just released her sophomore album ‘Stability’ which, she has half jokingly categorized as Self-Help Songs. Over the last three years, Shore has overcome her pandemic fuelled identity crisis and broken through her creative insecurities to record and release a brand new record. Naomi has said that these songs were written during some very challenging times over the last few years.

“Most of the lyrics on this album started as little affirmations, I was repeating to myself just to get through. I can’t speak for all artists but I know a lot of us really struggled with our sense of purpose and belonging when Covid shut everything down. Songwriting is the way I process my lived experience. It is how I find connection and validation. All I can hope for is that these songs will help someone, anyone, feel seen and understood.”

Entry by Donation.

PLEASE NOTE that seating is first-come-first-serve. RSVPing on our website is highly recommended but does not guarantee a seat; it serves mainly as a way for Firehall Brewery to know you’re coming so they can staff properly and provide the best service possible. So make sure you arrive early enough, between 6 and 6:30pm  is recommended to get the best choice of seat before the fun begins at 7pm! And don’t forget donation cash for the band! (Credit/debit donations accepted at the bar or with your server).
