The success of Fall Festival Weekend is largely based on the hundreds of hours of support received from community volunteers. We are so grateful for their support, time and energy!
How To Volunteer…
If you would like to volunteer to support Fall Festival, please review the information below and complete the form. Volunteer shifts are four hours and include Festival admission and an invite to the volunteer appreciation dinner.
Volunteer are needed throughout the weekend for the Kick Off Party At The District, Cask & Keg, and Festival of the Grape.
Set-up and tear-down require a lot of people and are essential to the success of the weekend. Please review available times and positions to let us know your areas of interests. Our volunteer coordinator will follow-up with you about available positions based on your skillset and availability.

Help your crew mates and others when needed, focus on solutions and problem solving, and contribute positively to your crew and wider volunteer community.

Be an ambassador – Our volunteers are our ambassadors – they make up the majority of the experience for guests and visitors to the Fall Festival Weekend.

Where Is Oliver?
Oliver is located in the south Okanagan between Penticton and Osoyoos in southern British Columbia, Canada. It is a semi-arid valley brimming with lush vineyards and is home to over 50 wineries. Oliver is a 5 hour drive from Vancouver, BC and 8 hours from Calgary, AB.

The Oliver Tourism Association is a non-profit association with a mandate to support its members by providing information and opportunities to visitors in Oliver and surrounding areas.
