This small group, seated tasting is a unique opportunity to sample select older vintages of Burrowing Owl Estate Winery wines alongside their current release equivalents to gain insight and understanding into the effects of different growing seasons on wine and how wine ages. This tasting tour includes a short visit to the Wine Library, a presentation and discussion on the above-mentioned topics, and a guided wine tasting of 6 wines from the portfolio.
If you are looking to expand your cellar at home, this is a great way to learn about some of these exclusive wines before you purchase. Tasting is from 3:30pm to 4:30pm by reservation only.
