Estate Dinner (Terrafina at Hester Creek Estate Winery)

$120Terrafina will be hosting the first Estate Dinner of 2023! A 4-course, locally sourced Estate Dinner at Terrafina at Hester Creek. Chef Adair will skillfully create a fresh, spring menu with his team to pair wonderfully with our award-winning wines to celebrate the release of their 2022 Rosé Cabernet Franc & 2022 Old Vine Trebbiano.
The night will begin with an amuse of Coconut-Thyme Sorbet with Tomato Tapioca, followed by a first course of Chef’s Salmon Cake with Organic Quinoa and Fresh Greens paired with their 2022 Rosé Cabernet Franc. Then pair their 2022 Trebbiano with a second course of Chicken Leg Roulade with Braised Leeks. The third course of Braised Lamb Shank with our famous Smoked Beet Hummus will pair brilliantly with the 2020 Syrah. To finish this fantastic dinner, enjoy a dessert of Chocolate Cannoli with Leche Frita and Honey Comb paired with the 2019 Old Vine Late Harvest.
