From Friday, October 1st to Sunday, October 3rd, 2021, we will be celebrating Fall Festival Weekend including a Kick Off Party at the District (Wine Village), the 24th annual Festival of the Grape, and Cask & Keg Festival.
This event welcomes more than 4,000 ticket holders, plus wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries as well as volunteers, and trade vendors.
The Festival of the Grape is limited to 12 food trucks and 4 snack providers and the Cask & Keg Festival is limited to 4 food trucks to ensure the most profit opportunities.
Vendors and food trucks are required to be open for the duration of the day they sign up for. Fall Festival aims to offer high-calibre events with food trucks offering a range of cuisines to festival attendees.

Food Truck Vendor Application:
Each vendor will be considered individually by the Festival Selection Committee based on criteria such as variety of offerings and calibre of food truck. We may also review your social media platforms for customer feedback.
Application to the festival does not guarantee entry. We will contact you for payment once your application is approved. Please include your menu selection, pricing, and a photo of your food truck as part of your application.
Once your application is approved, you will need to submit proof of insurance and Interior Health Permit to Operate.
Important Insurance Information:
You must have insurance that covers you for the festival listing and BOTH Oliver Tourism Association AND Oliver Parks & Recreation as additional insured. Insurance documentation is not due until your festival registration is confirmed.
