Eat, Explore & Sip!

In celebration of #TourismWeekCanada2022 (May 29 – June 4), we are excited to invite you to a fun day of food, drink, and activities beginning at the Oliver Visitor Centre (6431 Station Street) on Wednesday, June 1st from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Registration is required for some activities…

11:30 am: Hotdog BBQ (by donation) at the Oliver Visitor Centre. Donations support the Oliver Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop building fund.

12:30 pm: 45-minute e-bike ride along the International Hike & Bike Trail with South Okanagan E-Bike Safaris (8 people max – please e-mail olivertourism@gmail.com to register). Meet at the Oliver Visitor Centre.

1:00 pm: Ladies Keep Fit Walk along the International Hike & Bike Trail hosted by the Oliver Senior’s Centre. Meet at the Oliver Visitor Centre.

1:00 pm: Downtown Heritage Walking Tour hosted by the Oliver & District Heritage Society. Meet at the Oliver Visitor Centre.

2:30 pm: Hike the Golden Mile Stamp Mill Trail (1.5 hours). Meet at Tinhorn Creek parking lot (hike leaves at 2:30 pm sharp).

3:00 pm: Coffee drop-in and info session at the Oliver Senior’s Centre.

4:00 pm: Wine tasting at Tinhorn Creek Winery (30 people max – please email olivertourism@gmail.com to register).

5:00 pm: Join us at Firehall Brewery for beers! A limited number of vouchers are available to event participants (value $5)! Vouchers can be used at any time during Tourism Week (until June 4th).
